Today is exactly 21 years ago Kurt Cobain (april 5th, 1994) left our planet. The front-man of Nirvana wasn’t happy with his life and decided to take matter in his own hands and put a stop to hit. A decision that shocked millions of people all around the world. Still after 21 years Kurt and Nirvana’s music legacy are mandatory history lessons for anyone who is interested in music.
On may 4th, 2015, HBO will air “Montage of heck” a documentary film about the life of Nirvana-frontman Kurt Cobain. It’s a 132 minute docu-film which is directed by Brett Morgen and is produced by his daugther Frances Bean and Courtney Love. This documentary, which wil also hit selected theaters, shows footage from his early days in Aberdeen, Washington to his success and downfall with his grunge band Nirvana.
