OH MY GOD!! WTF! Misterwives completely blew Paradiso’s (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) roof off last night. Don’t know Misterwives?! Come’on are you serious?! Well..uhm.. we won’t kid you, neither did we. We went down to Paradiso to check out the great Lalah Hatahway and the Metropole Orkest. A setup or concept or what-you-might-call-it like this is rarely seen. And yes as expected Ms. Hatahway did not disappoint us/her fans and even took it a bit further. Man what a voice!

Anyway, for those who do not know Amsterdam’s music temple Paradiso, Paradiso packs 2 concert area’s. The big hall and the small hall. Allah was in the big hall and the Metropole Orkest alone took almost a third of the big hall because of the space the orchestra members needed. After hearing the smooth and well cultivated sounds from Lalah and the Metropole Orkest we decided to see what was going on up stairs in the small hall. And WOW!!! What an energy this cool looking, ass kicking and hard rocking group was displaying. Incredible!! We’ve seen a lot of artist, big names & small names, in and outside The Netherlands, but this guys and very hot&talented front girl are definitely one for books. Actually better than that, we really really really hope we will hear more of Misterwives for a very long time.
